Hi, I’m Mackenzie. My journey into web development started back in 2016 when I decided to build a website for my metalsmithing business. I initially started with website builders but found them too limiting creatively. So, I took matters into my own hands, learning HTML and CSS to bring my vision to life. After creating a few simple webpages, I realized I had accidentally stumbled upon something I was quickly beginning to love. As the complexity of my projects grew, so did my passion for coding and my desire to learn more. What started as a creative experiment turned into a full-fledged career in web development.

Currently, I work full-time as a web developer while also taking on freelance projects. Even with a full workload, I remain focused on growing my skills and exploring new areas of creativity. Right now, I’m diving into the world of WebGL and 3D modeling, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me. When I’m not coding, you can usually find me reading a book, playing music, or making tiny things out of metal.
